Top Q. How do I pay for the service? Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check in the home, made payable to CleanQuest. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit. Our customers also have the option to sign up an automatic payment plan to a credit card. Top Q. How will our relationship work? Since we know we must earn your continued patronage on each visit, we don't use contracts. We depend on open communications and your candid evaluation of our service. If you are happy, tell a friend. Also let us know of ways we can serve you better. Top Q. What will CleanQuest do in my home? Our free in-home estimate allows us to better understand your cleaning needs and expectations. Our service includes dusting baseboards, pictures, lampshades, knickknacks, window sills, furniture, and basic light fixtures, and vacuuming throughout. Floors are washed, and the kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned. We will try our best to accommodate. Top Q. At what time will the CleanQuest team be at my home? Our normal work days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. While in most cases it is not possible to give a specific time to be at your home, we will make every effort to meet your needs. Top Q. Do I have to do anything before the cleaning? In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, toys and other household items. Top Q. What if something is damaged when my home is cleaned? We treat your home with the greatest care; however, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning your home, we will make every effort to have the item repaired, or replaced. Top Q. Am I potentially liable for worker's compensation insurance or taxes? Many homeowners are not aware of their potential personal liability for work-related injury and social security taxes for independent home-service workers. Don't worry. CleanQuest takes care of this for you. Top Q. Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment? For your convenience, equipment and normal supplies are provided by CleanQuest. We would be pleased to accommodate you should you wish us to use your own preferred supplies. Top Q. Do I have to be home when the team comes? Most of our customers are not home. For security, only the professionals who clean your home have access to the keys. For added security, keys are coded individually and cross-referenced separately. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a lockout charge. Top Q. What if my cleaning falls on a holiday? If your scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service. Top Q. What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning? Just give us a call 48 hours in advance.
